Grapes are carefully harvested one by one by hand, and we are pursuing sustainable grape cultivation and environmentally friendly wine making.

We utilize stems and leaves of grapes as much as possible without discarding them.

 

The owner, who took over his farm from his grandfather when he was young, is continuing to take on challenges while preserving tradition.

We choose mechanical under-vine ploughing to control the weeds

because it improves the fertility and oxygenation in the soil,

without any use of chemical products.
